Commitment to Training Other Professionals

Our divorce attorney and mediator, Erin Birt, is devoted to training other attorneys, mediators, and mental health professionals in order to change the face of divorce into a Restorative Divorce process where parents and children can avoid or heal from the trauma of the traditional divorce process.

For over a decade, Erin has presented and provided trainings to various groups including the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Law Institute Practice Groups, Mediation Council of Illinois, Illinois Counseling Association, and the DuPage County Bar Association.  She was an instructor at Aurora University teaching a master level course on Restorative Justice.
