For over two decades, Erin has presented and provided trainings to various groups including the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Law Institute Practice Groups (NKA Collaborative Divorce Illinois), Mediation Council of Illinois, Illinois Counseling Association, and the DuPage & Kane County Bar Associations.  She was an instructor at Aurora University teaching a master level course on Restorative Justice.
