Payment Options

If you wish to pay with cash, please contact the office to make an appointment. If you wish to pay by check, you can submit your check at an office appointment or via regular mail to the Wheaton office location. Click here for our contact information

If you wish to pay by credit card, please read below. 

If you have a past due balance, a consulting fee to pay, or a flat fee to pay, please use the first QR code or the "Pay Invoice" button below to submit a payment.  If, however, you are either a new client, or an existing client that needs to pay or replenish a retainer, please use the second QR Code or the "Pay Retainer" button to submit a retainer payment and that payment will be deposited into the firm's trust account. 

Payment plan needed?

If you prefer the option to pay over time, we offer payment plans and financing through Affirm via ClientCredit to those who qualify.*  

To apply for a payment plan for an invoice, consultation fee, divorce planning session, or flat fee, click here

To apply for a payment plan for a retainer or to advance case expenses (pay to trust account), click here.

*If you do not qualify through Affirm via ClientCredit, you will need to look into other private options (such as a personal bank loan, personal credit card, or loan from a trusted person) to pay. The firm only offers the above payment plan option.*
