A Quiet Gap in Our Local Mediation Community
There is currently no active, local mediation-specific practice group bringing professionals together to talk honestly about building and sustaining mediation practices. While other practice-area associations remain, mediation has quietly lost its shared space.
The Ask Erin Practice Circle was created to fill that gap by bringing mediators out from behind their devices and back into thoughtful, in-person conversation.

Ask Erin Practice Circle
The Ask Erin Practice Circle is a monthly in-person discussion group for mediators who want to thoughtfully integrate professional learning into their practice while building meaningful peer relationships.
This small, invitation-based group offers a modern alternative to conferences and passive webinars. Participants engage with curated professional content from trusted sources and meet monthly to discuss real-world application, challenges, and insights.
The Practice Circle supports accountability for ongoing professional education, without providing CLE credit. While selected materials may independently qualify for CLE through their original providers, the focus of the group is on reflection, discussion, and practical use of what is learned.
This is practical. This is human. This is worth showing up for.
The Ask Erin Practice Circle is launching with a small group of founding members in 2026.
