At Birt Family Law, we focus on providing clarity and support for parents navigating divorce, mediation, and co-parenting challenges. Our family-centered approach prioritizes what matters most—your well-being and your children's, whether they're young or grown.
Since 2003, we've helped parents achieve resolution-focused solutions that minimize conflict and keep families out of court. Whether you need assistance with parenting time, co-parenting strategies, or mediation, we're here to guide you. Choose from in-person meetings or the convenience of virtual options, whatever works best for your schedule.
Potential New Client? How Our Process Works
- Our process begins with a complimentary call. During this call, we'll discuss your needs and determine how we can best support you. If aligned, you'll have the option to schedule a planning session with Erin for a more in-depth discussion (meetings with Erin are subject to a fee). The planning session is how we get started and if you find value in this meeting, we can provide you with our service agreement to continue services. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best guidance tailored to your family's unique situation.
- Schedule your complimentary call here or use the same link to book a meeting with Erin for more in-depth guidance.
- If you're a referral partner or professional colleague, Karen, our assistant, will be happy to assist you in scheduling a meeting with Erin at her next available time. You can set a time with Karen, here. Please note: Karen's booking link is for professionals, colleagues, and existing clients only.
- All other inquiries, please contact the office at 630-891-2478 to speak with Karen.
- Interpreter services available for a fee and upon request.
We look forward to supporting you through this process with clarity, compassion, and tailored solutions.
