We are Here to Help You

Schedule your free 15-minute call or paid consultation directly, here.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever to have a divorce and family law attorney or mediator.  We navigate past the complex court restrictions, changes, and backlog of cases and offer proactive services such as: divorce mediation services, uncontested divorce services, collaborative divorce services, and parenting coordination services which remain unaffected by the current divorce courthouse restrictions or changes in procedures. Learn more about how we are protecting our clients and still resolving divorce issues.

Why We are the Right Firm for You

We are the right firm to complete your mediation or divorce due to our mediator & attorney's unique 20 year background in both family law and mental health services, our paralegal's 15 years of experience in both family law and accounting, and our administrative assistant's vast experience in both customer service as well as paralegal services.  We focus on restorative practices so you and your children can heal from this difficult time. Unlike other firms, we can meet you where you are through our efficient virtual meetings or in person meetings at our office designed with families and children in mind. In addition, our location allows us to keep actively involved with the DuPage County Courthouse. We also optimize our services for clients in other jurisdictions and venues by maintaining memberships in important associations such as the Illinois State Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, Mediation Council of Illinois, and a multi-county Parenting Coordination Practice Group.

We Will Meet You In-Person or Virtually

We offer virtual or in-person meetings. Due to the private nature of divorce work, we will always maintain our in-person office location to meet privately with our clients that range in age from infancy to senior years. We did not shut down our physical office during the pandemic and we remain committed to health safety during times of increased coronavirus, flu, or respiratory illnesses. While masks are not required in our building, we have masks available for any client that wishes to have one during a meeting or while visiting our office.
